2. Scope of the Notice
This notice covers visitors to the faeycloud.com product website and individuals making product enquiries by email or telephone. FAEY Cloud is a brand and product initiative; the controller is FAEY Teknoloji ve Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. The app.faeycloud.com application is in development and currently provides no user registration or active service. Relevant processing notices will be prepared when the application becomes available.
3. Collection Methods, Purposes and Legal Grounds
This product website has no contact form, user registration or payment functionality. If you contact us by email or telephone, your name, contact details and enquiry content may be processed. Visiting the site may generate IP address, browser and technical access/error records within hosting and network infrastructure.
• Product or service enquiries: Article 5(2)(c) of the KVKK, to the extent directly related to and necessary for entering into or performing a contract.
• Responding to corporate enquiries and website security: Article 5(2)(f), where necessary and proportionate and without harming your fundamental rights and freedoms.
• Legally required records: Article 5(2)(ç) for a specific legal obligation; Article 5(2)(e) for records necessary to establish, exercise or protect rights in disputes.
Please do not send sensitive personal data or identity documents with ordinary product enquiries. Contacting us does not constitute marketing permission or explicit consent.
4. Disclosure and International Transfers
The website is served through Hostinger hosting infrastructure. Responses pass through the Cloudflare network layer; these providers may process connection IP addresses and technical traffic information to deliver and secure their services. Email enquiries are handled through communication infrastructure and authorised personnel responding to enquiries. Only legally required information may be disclosed to competent public authorities or courts in connection with the relevant request or obligation.
International transfers require a separate appropriate legal basis and transfer conditions under Article 9 of the KVKK and applicable regulations. Using the website or consenting to cookies alone is not sufficient for regular international transfers.
5. Retention, Disposal and Data Security
Retention must reflect the processing purpose, statutory obligations and the period necessary to establish, exercise or protect legal rights. Once processing conditions cease to apply, Article 7 and applicable regulations require deletion, destruction or anonymisation.
The Company’s technical and organisational obligations under Article 12 remain applicable. Website access uses HTTPS; enquiry records are managed within an administration environment subject to authorisation.
6. Individual Rights
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may learn whether your data is processed and obtain information about that processing, its purpose, whether it is used accordingly and recipients in Türkiye or abroad. You may request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, deletion or destruction where Article 7 conditions are met and notification of those actions to recipients. You may object to an adverse result arising solely from automated analysis and seek compensation for damage from unlawful processing.
7. Requests and Responses
You may submit requests about your rights in Turkish in writing to the company address above. Electronic submission methods and identity verification conditions under the Communiqué on Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller remain applicable. For general questions and information about submission channels, contact info@faeycloud.com; this is not a registered electronic mail (KEP) address.
Requests should include your name and surname, signature for written requests, Turkish identity number for Turkish citizens or nationality and passport/identity number for foreign nationals, correspondence address, any notification email/telephone/fax details and the subject of the request. Provide only documents needed for the request.
Requests are answered as soon as possible and within 30 days. Applications are generally free; only charges set by the Board may apply if additional costs arise. Subject to the prior application requirements, you may complain to the Board within 30 days of learning the response and in all cases within 60 days of submitting your request.
